RankOps AI provides AI-assisted SEO content planning, article generation, review, scheduling, and publishing tools for website operators and content teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication provider, billing status, and support messages.

We may collect workspace information you add to RankOps AI, including website names, domains, audience notes, content positioning, keyword lists, article drafts, review decisions, publishing schedules, endpoint URLs, and publishing status.

When you connect a target website, we may store the receiving endpoint URL and a shared token or token reference used to authenticate publishing requests. Shared tokens should be stored securely and are not shown back in full after they are saved.

We may collect usage and device information such as pages visited, feature usage, browser type, IP address, timestamps, and error logs. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide RankOps AI, create and manage accounts, generate and review SEO content, run keyword and publishing workflows, verify publishing connections, prevent abuse, provide support, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell customer content. We do not use customer article drafts, site settings, or publishing tokens to train our own foundation model.

AI and data providers

RankOps AI may use AI model providers, keyword data providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, and payment providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the relevant service.

Generated content should be reviewed by you before publishing. RankOps AI does not guarantee search rankings, traffic growth, or revenue outcomes.

Publishing tokens and site connections

If you add a website publishing endpoint, you are responsible for creating a secure target endpoint and rotating the shared token if you believe it has been exposed. RankOps AI uses the token only to test the connection and send approved publishing requests.

Do not paste production secrets into public pages, article drafts, prompts, support chats, or places not designed for credentials.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account, workspace, generated content, and activity records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account or workspace data by contacting us.

Some records may remain in backups, audit logs, billing records, or security logs for a limited period where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service is perfectly secure, so you should use strong authentication, limit who can access your workspace, and rotate tokens when team access changes.

Your choices

You may update account information, remove site configurations, delete drafts, disconnect publishing endpoints, and contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where applicable.

You may also unsubscribe from non-essential emails through the link provided in those messages.

International use

RankOps AI may process information in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where we or our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
