These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RankOps AI. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use RankOps AI on behalf of a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Service

RankOps AI helps users plan SEO topics, generate article drafts, review content, schedule publishing, and send approved content to connected websites.

You are responsible for configuring your websites, reviewing generated content, approving publication, and deciding whether the content is accurate, lawful, useful, and appropriate for your audience.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for limiting team or client access to authorized users.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used for abuse, unauthorized access, security risks, or activity that violates these Terms.

Generated content

RankOps AI can assist with keyword research, outlines, metadata, and article drafts. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, or unsuitable. You must review and edit content before publishing.

RankOps AI does not guarantee search rankings, traffic increases, indexing, conversions, revenue, or compliance with search engine guidelines.

You are responsible for content you publish to your own website, including claims, citations, copyright, trademarks, regulated topics, affiliate disclosures, and local legal requirements.

Publishing connections

If you connect RankOps AI to a target website, you are responsible for maintaining the target endpoint, validating shared tokens, handling duplicate slugs, returning accurate published URLs, and deciding whether posts are saved as draft or published.

Automatic publishing can fail because of target site errors, token changes, unavailable endpoints, duplicate slugs, network issues, or validation rules. RankOps AI may show error details and retry tools, but you remain responsible for the final content and target website state.

Acceptable use

You may not use RankOps AI to publish unlawful content, spam, malware, phishing pages, deceptive content, privacy-invasive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape the service, interfere with infrastructure, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or use stolen credentials, tokens, or payment methods.

Plans and billing

Paid plans may include limits for connected sites, generated articles, keyword lookups, automation, or support. Plan details are shown on the pricing page or in the billing flow.

Fees are billed according to the plan you choose. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, monthly plans may be canceled to avoid renewal, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Taxes, refunds, credits, trials, and failed payments may be handled by our payment provider and by the billing terms shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your website content, site settings, and article drafts, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.

RankOps AI, including its software, workflows, interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by RankOps AI or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service except as allowed by these Terms or a written agreement.

Third-party services

RankOps AI may integrate with AI model providers, keyword data providers, hosting platforms, analytics services, email services, payment providers, and your connected websites. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, target website downtime, search engine decisions, or external platform changes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that RankOps AI will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every SEO strategy or website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankOps AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankOps AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost traffic, lost rankings, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above will show when the latest version took effect.
